I worked with Eternity Systems on a CRM migration project, in Fall of 2016. At the time, we were using a CRM system that was no longer meeting our business needs and were in process of migrating our customer support system including customer portal to Sanjay and Eternity team did a fantastic job of interfacing with various stakeholders to make sure new setup and the Customer Portal met our business needs. They worked diligently to make sure historical data was transformed and migrated to new CRM successfully, enabling us to switch to new CRM system on time and within budget.
