Sanjay Wadge,
Founder & CEO

Sanjay has 25 years of strong experience in Information Technology.  For the last 20+ years, he has worked for various American Corporations including, Cisco Systems, Charles Schwab, Juniper Networks, VMware, American President Line, Intuit, Palm etc. in various consulting capacities. Before starting Eternity Systems, Sanjay was managing Customer Support and Service Organization in Xoriant Corporation, a leading IT/Professional Services and Software Products Company in Silicon Valley, California.  His ability to inject energy into a vision through creation of a high performance work environment has been instrumental in building strong teams that deliver optimal results. Before coming to the United States in 1995, Sanjay worked for 10 years in India with leading companies like Applied Electronics Ltd. (Aplab), Felix Braxmier and with leading Government Software Agency.

Sanjay has a MS degree in Computer Management from University of Pune, a leading institution in India.

Vikramsinh Desai

Vikram trust people and accept them as they are, and treat genuine concern and kindness as a foundation to forge any relationship. He firmly believe in infinite capacity of people, with right attitude as a necessary prerequisite.

Vikram has built, worked with, and managed highly dispersed teams across the Country. As a self-starter with open mind, high involvement, motivational leadership style, He has prioritize customer and employee satisfaction as my fundamental responsibilities. With More than 11 + years of experience a developed core competency is unearthing new opportunities and driving outstanding business growth.

Vikram has MBA degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
